I am Shamsher currently pursuing master degree in cultural management. Talking about my professional experience i have worked for more than 3 years at Early Child Development in Nepal, my roles involved taking care of children, educating using pedagogical tools and physically activities with safety and save environment. About My hobbies i am very passionate in sporting activities and i am a sports coach and mentor as well. I have been recognized as a community impact role model by the local government and organization called Coaches Across Continents. I am confident and have ability adapt in different culture.

    As a Project Coordinator at Childreach Nepal, I was responsible to look after overall project lifecycle. I was leading three projects simultaneously in different districts of Nepal to educate children, youth and community members. Project focuses to address different social issues along with its solutions and introduce play based methodology to unlock child’s potential.
