Dog walker and lover in IIsalmi

A first year student of Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology student at Ylä-Savo Vocational. Ever since I can remember, I have always been around and loved animals. My Grandma was very influential in teaching me to love and care for them and how to read their body language. I started pet sitting when I was in elementary school, when our neighbors would go on vacation I would care for their dog. I have had many beloved pets growing up, including; dogs and rabbits. Before my studies in YSAO, I worked as a Customer Service Manager ensuring the safe and efficient operations of the Riyadh Metro which got me certified in train station operations with an expertise in emergency protocols, faults management, monitor and control systems like BMS, SCADA, ISM, Fire Alarm, ATS and am also eager to transfer my over 10 years work experience in customer service to my new role. I excel in collaborating with teams while my background in ICT and office management, enables me to streamline processes, resolve queries, and generate reports.
