Hello! My name is Priti and I live in Vantaa. I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Counseling completed outside Finland. My education has given me a strong understanding of child development, communication, emotional well-being, and positive behaviour support. I have several years of experience working with children in educational and child development settings. I previously worked as a Center Head at a child development centre, where I coordinated children's programs, worked closely with parents and educators, supported children with different developmental needs, and maintained individual progress records. I also worked as a Childcare Assistant in a kindergarten and playschool, supporting children's daily routines, learning activities, storytelling, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor play, and creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment. Since moving to Finland, I have continued building my childcare experience through CLP. I enjoy helping children learn through play, creativity, and positive interaction while respecting each child's individual needs and personality. I am patient, calm, reliable, and responsible. I believe every child deserves a safe, happy, and supportive environment where they feel valued and encouraged to grow. I can help with childcare, after-school care, homework support, reading, creative activities, outdoor play, meal preparation for children, and maintaining daily routines.
