My name is Shermila and I am trained in AMI Montessori teaching methods with over 11 years of experience in Montessori and daycare environments. I further developed my professional knowledge through the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Working Life Oriented Competence Module at Laurea University of Applied Sciences and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Services (Socionomi) degree at the same institution in Finland. As a mother myself, I am passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, confidence, and learning in a safe, caring, and positive environment.
