Compassionate carer available in Vantaa

I am Kanishka. I am 30 years old, I am a Sri Lankan. I have been in Finland for five months now and I have been worked as a registered nurse in Sri Lanka for more than 5 years in the hospital sector. Especially in the elderly care unit and pediatric units. I serve with enthusiasm and great dedication for all their basic needs. I chose Finland for my further education and am currently pursuing a nursing top up degree. I have completed a bachelors of Science nursing degree and a psychology and counseling diploma course in Sri Lanka. I am passionate about providing compassionate and high-quality care to elderly individuals. Caring for the elderly is more than a profession for me. I find deep fulfillment in supporting older adults with dignity, empathy, and respect. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication skills, adaptability, and a natural ability to solve problems efficiently and calmly. My clinical background has provided me with a solid foundation in patient care, and my ongoing studies—through which I have already completed over 150 credits—continue to strengthen my knowledge and skills. In addition to my professional qualifications, I am deeply interested in Finnish language, culture, and society. I believe cultural understanding and language skills are essential for truly person-centered care, and I am committed to learning and integrating into the Finnish way of life.
