My name is Poonam , and I am a compassionate and reliable personal carer with over four years of experience supporting elderly and people with disabilities in both home care and care home settings. I have worked in Nepal in private home care and nursing homes, assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, meals, medication support, household tasks, and emotional care. I am currently studying Nursing (AMK) at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Finland and have completed clinical training at Attendo Royal Court in Vantaa. I work in a respectful, patient-centered, and professional manner, always valuing the dignity and individual needs of each client.
