My name is Aung, and I have 3 years of experience supporting elderly people with daily life, companionship and practical help. I am a calm, patient and respectful person. I can help with light cleaning, laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, small errands and simple meal preparation. I also enjoy going for walks, having friendly conversations and spending quiet time together. I can also help elderly people with simple phone or technology tasks, such as messages, video calls or using basic apps. For me, elderly care is not only about doing tasks. It is about making the person feel safe, respected and less lonely. I am reliable, punctual and careful in other people’s homes.
