    I completed multiple supervised training placements in Finnish daycare centres through STEP Education. I supported children aged 1–5 years in daily routines, play-based learning, outdoor activities, and small-group work, including children with special needs. I focused on children’s safety, emotional wellbeing, inclusion, and cooperation with the daycare team while applying Finnish early childhood
